Access to Loan Information
Cash Same Day has access to your personal and financial information when you request a loan. To reduce the potential for unwanted e-mails and SPAM, we may provide a substitute e-mail address to lenders and affiliates. You understand through this substitute e-mail address, we may have access to information to you by a Lender or other correspondence sent to you by the Lender. We may also, at any time, provide lenders with the actual e-mail address you're provided on your Application. We do not use information in responses from the Lender except to route such information to you.

California residents may request that their personally identifiable information not be shared with third parties. California residents may send such requests via the contact us form on our Site.
